When we first sat down with the software architects from Peak Systems to develop a database tool for the 2002 Olympic Torch Relay, we didn’t even know what we needed. With their help, we developed a fairly complex database framework. Over the course of the next year and a half, we had countless changes and obstacles in our operations, but the software architects at Peak made it all look smooth. They were flexible and responsive, and true partners in the project, not just a database vendor. The support they offered was constant, and their flexibility and availability was remarkable.
